A Home-Like Setting

Hope’s care is usually provided wherever you or your loved one call home. Our staff may visit you at your private residence, nursing home, assisted living facility, or even in hospitals.

If the Hope team determines that you are eligible for more intensive support, you may receive help at one of our four Hope Care Centers. In this home-like atmosphere, loved ones can be surrounded by friends and family.

“From the night security to the staff in the cafeteria, everyone was nice and always helpful – and made me feel as if I was the only person with a loved one in the House. Your nurses, I can not say enough about them, they are the best of the best. Your entire staff was very helpful, without your caring I would have been totally alone in this very hard time.”
~ Ronald S.

Visitors are Always Welcome

We want to be your home away from home, and we have no limitations on visiting hours. You may see your loved one at any time – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Other family members, friends, and well-mannered pets are always welcome to visit. In fact, family members may even stay overnight. Simply see a member of our staff for assistance. We sincerely hope that you will be as comfortable as possible during your stay with us. Remember, we’re here to help.

Tribute Gardens

Hope’s gardens create a therapeutic and soothing environment where you may find comfort. Everyone is welcome to enjoy this space for a time of conversation, remembrance, quiet reflection, and healing. These areas may be an oasis of relaxation during a difficult time.

The Labyrinth at Cape Coral

By following the gentle path of our labyrinth, you may find clarity and peace. Along this trail, there are no decisions to be made – a path quietly leads you to the center of the labyrinth and then back out again. Before entering, visitors can quiet their minds and let go. You may use the time to meditate, reflect, or connect with a Higher Spirit.

Help with Planning a Special Remembrance

Memorials: Hands Holding a Lit Candle

Planning a memorial service is a unique opportunity to express your ongoing love. Services can be held in the chapels or community rooms of any Hope Care Center. Our Spiritual Support Counselors can help create an order of service to reflect your family’s wishes and customs.

Letters, poetry, music, scripture, or meaningful readings can be incorporated into these events. We encourage families to include personalized items such as photos, videos, favorite recipes, or items that reflect their loved one’s hobbies and interests.

Hope volunteers may also be available to help to create and conduct a smooth and flawless memorial service that will create treasured memories for everyone involved.
