Free Furniture Pick Up
We offer free pick up for your donations of clean, gently used furniture. This service is available Monday through Saturday in most areas of Southwest Florida – from Naples to Port Charlotte.
Submit an online request for our furniture pick-up service or call the store location closest to you for assistance.
Donate Clothing and Home Goods
Donations may be brought to the designated drop off areas located at the back of our stores. Drop off hours vary by location; please contact the store closest to you for details.
Donations to Hope Chest are tax-deductible; receipts are provided to donors for their financial records. Please note that the IRS requires donors to estimate the market value of donated items.

Gently Used Medical Equipment
Our South Fort Myers location has a wide selection of discounted durable medical equipment. Please note, these items are not on our sales floor. You will need to speak to a store associate for assistance.

Hope Chest Volunteers
Our store is staffed by volunteers with support from management. Hope Chest volunteers accept donations, sort and price items, stock the shelves, and assist shoppers.
We always welcome new volunteers – if you have time to spare, flexible schedules are easily arranged. Heavy lifting is not required, and anyone age 14 and older may volunteer. A helpful orientation class will be provided before you begin. By volunteering at our resale stores, you can help fulfill the mission of Hope! Volunteers also receive a 15% discount on all merchandise.
